Oat Bakery

What started as a home kitchen operation and pop-up bakery quickly took off into a small brick-and-mortar, officially opening in 2017. Shortly after moving here from Copenhagen in 2016 Louise began baking her moms bread recipe for friends and family and soon after, popping up around town, selling out religiously. Oat Bakery was born — a resounding tribute to love, family tradition, community, and expression. By working with local farmers, being involved in the community, ensuring no bread is ever wasted, and cooking with the season, Oat Bakery has become a hub for conscious food and gathering. 

The Mart menu features a full bakery menu with all of their infamous sourdoughs, danish buns, focaccias, spreads and hygge buns. Later this year they will offer wine by the glass along with toasted sourdough, local cheeses, tin fish and caviar.
